【摘要】:ThepurposeofthispartofIEC60749istotestandverifythatthemarkingsonsemiconductordeviceswillnotbecomeillegiblewhensubjecttosolventsorcleaningsolutionscommonlyusedduringtheremovalofsolderfluxresiduefromtheprintedcircuitboardassemblyprocess.Thistestisapplicableforallpackagetypes.Itissuitableforuseinqualificationand/orprocessmonitortesting.Thetestshouldbeconsiderednon-destructive.Electricalormechanicalrejectsmaybeusedforthepurposeofthistest.Ingeneral,thistestofpermanenceofmarkingisinconformitywithIEC60068-2-45but,duetospecificrequirementsofsemiconductors,theclausesofthisstandardapply.
