【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationisintendedtobeameansofcallingoutfinishedplasticpartsreadyforindustrialorconsumeruse.1.2Thisspecificationcoversfinishedpartsandshapesfromwhichpartsaremachined,madefromasemi-crystallinepolyimide(PI).1.3ThisspecificationisintendedtoreplaceMIL-R-46198andProvisionalStandardSpecificationPS93.Note18212;ThereisnoknownISOequivalenttothisstandard.1.4Thisspecificationcoverspartsmadefromsemi-crystallinepolyimide,whichisathermosettingmaterialthatshowsnosofteningormeltingbyDMA(D4065)atorbelow260x00B0;C(500x00B0;F).1.5SincePIisathermosetresin,noprovisionsareincludedforrecycledproducts.1.6TheclassificationsystemoutlinedinthisspecificationisintendedtobeidenticaltothatusedbyDepartmentofDefenseforover20years.Nochangesareintendedatthistime.1.7ThevaluesarestatedinSIunitsandareregardedasstandardinallpropertyanddimensionaltables.Forreferencepurposes,inch-poundunitsarestatedinparentheses.1.8Application8212;Partsinthisspecificationaregenerallyusedforapplicationsrequiringthefollowingcombinationofproperties:lowcoefficientoffriction,andlowthermalexpansioncoupledwithheatresistanceforcontinuousoperationattemperaturesupto260x00B0;C(500x00B0;F)andforshort-termexcursionsupwardto482x00B0;C(900x00B0;F).1.9Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportion,Section12,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofEN474specifiesthegeneralsafetyrequirementsforearth-movingmachinery1)describedinENISO6165:2006,exceptrollersandhorizontaldirectionaldrill.Thispartalsoappliestoderivativemachinery(see3.1.2)designedprimarilyforusewithequipmenttoloosen,pick-up,move,transport,distributeandgradeearthandrock.Thispartgivesthecommonsafetyrequirementsforearth-movingmachineryfamiliesandisintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithoneoftheEN474parts2to12.Thesemachinespecificparts(EN474-2to-12)donotrepeattherequirementsfromEN474-1:2006+A1:2009,butaddorreplacetherequirementsforthefamilyinquestion.SpecificrequirementsinEN474parts2to12takeprecedenceovertherespectiverequirementsofEN474-1:2006+A1:2009.Formultipurposemachinerythepartsofthestandardthatcoverthespecificfunctionsandapplicationshavetobeusede.g.acompactloaderalsousedasatrenchershallusetherelevantrequirementsofEN474parts1,3and10.Thestandardalsocoversgeneralrequirementsforattachmentsintendedtobeusedwithearthmovingmachinefamiliescoveredinthescope.Exceptforpart12thisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwiththeelectricalhazardsrelatedtothemaincircuitsanddrivesofmachinerywhentheprincipalsourceofenergyiselectrical.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwithtowingoftrailers.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttoearthmovingmachinery,whenusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsduringcommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofearth-movingmachinery.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletoearthmovingmachines,whicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
