【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsforcouplingsforthetransmissionofpowerbetweentherotatingshaftsoftwomachinesinspecial-purposeapplicationsinthepetroleum,petrochemicalandnaturalgasindustries.Suchapplicationsaretypicallyinlargeand/orhighspeedmachines,inservicesthatcanberequiredtooperatecontinuouslyforextendedperiods,areoftenunsparedandarecriticaltothecontinuedoperationoftheinstallation.Byagreement,itcanbeusedforotherapplicationsorservices.CouplingscoveredbythisInternationalStandardaredesignedtoaccommodateparallel(orlateral)offset,angularmisalignmentandaxialdisplacementoftheshaftswithoutimposingunacceptablemechanicalloadingonthecoupledmachines.Itisapplicabletogear,metallicflexibleelement,quillshaftandtorsionallyresilienttypecouplings.TorsionaldampingandresilienttypecouplingsaredetailedinAnnexA;gear-typecouplingsaredetailedinAnnexBandquillshaftstylecouplingsaredetailedinAnnexC.ThisInternationalStandardcoversthedesign,materialsofconstruction,manufacturingquality,inspectionandtestingofspecial-purposecouplings.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotdefinecriteriafortheselectionofcouplingtypesforspecificapplications.ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletoothertypesofcouplings,suchasclutch,hydraulic,eddycurrent,rigid,radialspline,chainandbellowstypes.
