【摘要】:Thecontinuousrecordingoftorqueandtemperaturewhilegoingthroughthesevariousstagescanbeusedtopredictthebehaviorofthematerialduringprocessing.Thetorquerheometertesthastwoimportantfunctions.First,itisameanstopredictflow/viscosityandcurecharacteristicsofpourablethermosettingcompounds.Forexample,thetestprovidesusefuldatatopredicttheprocessibilityofamaterialinaparticularmoldingmethod.Thisinformationisalsousefultooptimizeprocessconditionsforaparticularmaterialsuchastheminimumpressuretofillamoldandthetimetocureapart.Asecondcapabilityofthetestistoprovideagraphicrecordofthebatch-to-batchuniformityofthemoldingcompound.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheapparatus,andaspecifictestmethod,includingtheevaluationofresultsrequiredforthedeterminationofthethermalflowandcurebehaviorpropertiesofpourablethermosettingmaterials.1.2Thistestmethodcanbeused:1.2.1Asacontrolforthedevelopmentandproductionofpourablethermosettingmaterialsandtomeasurethedifferentproperties(forexample,meltingbehavior,curebehavior,etc.)aswellastheinfluenceofvariousadditivesandfillersinanygivenformulations,and1.2.2Verifytheuniformityofdifferentproductionbatchesofthesameformulation.1.3ThevaluesarestatedinSIunits.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionsaregiveninSection7.Note1ThereisnosimilarorequivalentISOstandard.
